The Burger ($100)The burger has bacon, cheese, tomato, pickles and secret sauce. The bun uses real flour and it was full of energy. The bun won't collapse nor flattern even if you pressed it hard. The bun uses real flour and it was full of energy. The bun won't collapse nor flattern even if you pressed it hard. The yeast flavour was strong ad I particularly liked how they have the flour remained on the surface.

The pattie itself was cooked to perfection with just the right doneness. The beef was super juicy with a strong beef taste yet not gamey.

The melted cheese and sauce just blended together and gave a nice smokey flavour to the burger. Two stripes of bacon was also sticking to the cheese, giving an extra savouriness. Overall, it was very tasty however the taste was just way to salty for me. The saltiness from the pattie, cheese, sauce, and bacon was just a little too overwhelming to me. Perhaps the seasonings is tailored to Westerners' preferences?

Duck Fat Fries

The fries are long, fatty, but with only a little hint of duck fat flavour. I was slightly disappointed since I was expecting some really flavourful thick cut fries packed with aromatic duck fat scent.
