Had a quick lunch here today and ordered the dry wonton noodles with shrimp roe (蝦籽雲吞撈麵). Honestly I was disappointed. There was too little shrimp roe to make a big difference in flavor. They also didn't drain the noodles well, so the noodles were wet. This means that the shrimp roe did not stick properly to the noodles, but dropped to the bottom of the plate. The only saving grace is that the consistency of the noodles was pretty good.
