seeing reviews here, i request my family to buy back some when they r around. wow wow wow, have to be the strongest pork knuckle in history -- original taste ! they juz look so plain, yet the kind makes one selfish & dun want to share. & i culd finish a large bowl on my own. basically there r two kinds in each bowl. one of thick skin, bits of fat & big chunks of meat. the other of tendons, soft & hard bones. imagine complex texture & feeling in single meal. though v yummy, portions quite

seeing reviews here, i request my family to buy back some when they r around. wow wow wow, have to be the strongest pork knuckle in history -- original taste ! they juz look so plain, yet the kind makes one selfish & dun want to share. & i culd finish a large bowl on my own. basically there r two kinds in each bowl. one of thick skin, bits of fat & big chunks of meat. the other of tendons, soft & hard bones. imagine complex texture & feeling in single meal. though v yummy, portions quite generous compared to normal. pork no strange smell but strong meat flavour. no paste no spice not much seasoning but original simple taste. someone said the best cooking skill is not complex & many treatments & seasonings but to reveal simple original taste of each ingredient as it is. skin v 爽& both meat & skin thick thus v satisfying, not too soft or crunchy but juz right. i've tried chili paste, v special with some kind of fruits in it, but chili always juz so so to me. dont forget the soup. wow i think even more outstanding than knuckle. soup v clear but v strong meat flavour, 鮮& sweet, better than those boiled soup even looks like 'long simmered soup'. a little tip, eating or reheat it hot tastes much different than otherwise. even juz twenty dollars or so, it wont lose when compared with steak of several hundred dollars, shark fin soup or european cuisine. i hv been missing it after eating it first time.
