A true seafood feast at its purest form, steamed! We got the 439+ set and it came with this huge variety of seafood. I think it’s the first time I ate so much seafood in one go 🤣 the staff were very nice and attentive as they would come immediately the food finished steaming and would explain to us each seafood and the best way to eat it. Apart from the prawn, they advised us not to dip any sauce when eating and to enjoy the natural saltiness and sometimes sweetness/ refreshing taste of the seafood. I loved the small crab the best as the smaller crab was so sweet! The other crab was bigger and meatier with 2 different textures for their roe and the staff explained its due to different maturity of the eggs. I didn’t know this before and I think I liked it when it’s still green as it has a softer and creamier texture.
At first I was worried I wouldn’t be full with just seafood but at the end there’s a huge pot of porridge and we were so stuffed we couldn’t even finish half 🤣
