Finally got the chance to visit this most-difficult-to-book steakhouse in town 😍 Here is the steak porn with 5 exceptional and scarce cuts. 1️⃣ 𝗨𝗦 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝘂𝘀 𝗢𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲

It was the fattiest cut of the night and the owner said it would still be tender even for well-done. I mean look at its marble and you would not doubt it. I was expecting this to be my favourite but we took a bit too long time for photo and the best eating temperature was gone… plus the air condition was quite strong 🥲 So we learnt from the lesson and we tried one for each cut in the next round‼️

3️⃣ 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗧𝗿𝗶-𝘁𝗶𝗽
Quite a nice cut as well with nice balance between meatiness and oiliness. It was tender and succulent. The chewiness of this one was so nice that you could almost identify the cut with its texture🤩

4️⃣ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗭𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗵𝗮
The cow was free range grass fed, and thus the cut was very lean. The beef flavour was not bad but it was still not as strong as the first one. An average cut of the night with this overpowered line up🧐

5️⃣ 𝗨𝗞 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸
The flavour was amazing as explained by the owner. It had very strong organ and gamy flavours. It was like a chicken kidney to be exact. The cut was also chewy and bouncy compared with a normal steak. The more you chewed, the more the organ flavour came out. Absolutely a special and delicious cut

The steak is no doubt the main reason of visiting them but their other foods are of top notch that creat a perfect night! The unlimited soup, fries, salad and dessert are just insane🤩 And I love how their fusion concept introducing Hong Kong/Asian influence to the meal. You will have to taste the flavours yourself before they revealing the answer to you 😝

This was a pyramid of gold. The bread was toasted with beef oil so you could imagine its heaven-like taste. It was super crispy and crunchy. If this could be refilled, I would probably get 10 🥺

This one was beyond amazing. We thought it was curry beef soup since it was very flavourful and meaty. But they revealed that it was actually vegan unbelievably 🤯 Heard they had some even more mind blown ones with traditional Chinese soup cooking in Western method.

This was arguably the best fries 🍟 in Hong Kong. Crispy on the outside while mellow and starchy in the inside with perfect thickness. Perhaps the best texture for my liking. They used beef fat to fry them and you could notice it when it was served since its fragrance filled the room instantly. The sauce line up was innovative and delicious too: classic ketchup, Chinese shrimp paste and Sichuan sour & spicy. All were delicious and authentic! Plus, I love this kind of blind tasting😝 But to be honest, I ate it plain most of the time since the beef tallow flavour was the best. Refill, refill and refill‼️

This is definitely the best dining policy to a steakhouse🍷 I mean steak and red wine, who doesn’t love it. Just bring as much as you can for this legendary steak omakase! Didn’t take all 10 wines of the night but the Lebanon 🇱🇧 red was the wine of the night. Leather, tabacco, cured meat, plum. Super complex and best paring with the gamey hanger steak.

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿, 𝗦𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 and 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 were fair and nice to have. Can’t wait to be back tho I am not sure if I could secure another booking😂
