Long time no ramen 🍜 so I get this spicy bowl to fix the ramen crave! They are a famous joint from Japan 🇯🇵 focuses in spicy miso ramen🔥 Tried once when they newly opened in 2019 and didn’t visit them since then. Almost forget what a spicy ramen tastes like. First thing first, the broth ♨️ It is not intense as it looks with little miso flavour. Wish the base could be enhanced on top of the spice level. But overall, the flavour profile is good, especially with different condiment. The use of ginger is so smart too😋
They use three types of noodle in 3️⃣ different thickness to offer a balancing texture! It is a good move that gives great texture through the meal. The braised meat is tender and soft but I still would prefer charsiu more😂
All in all, this one is delicious but somehow not very ramen to me, indeed more like mixian 米線 LOL🤣 But I think it is a great spot to try a spicy ramen🌶 since it is definitely not a common type even in Japan. To be honest, even in Japanese food culture. So definitely worth a visit👍🏼
