Surrounded by the multicultural neighbourhood, Central is popular among many locals and foreigners for happy hours and a drinking night out. Due to its vivid vibe, it has become a cradle for many local restaurants and local brands. I found this lovely corner cafe located at the top of Graham Street. I have ordered this Yuzi expresso tonic and Guatemala beans for my hand drip specialty coffee. The expresso was particularly impressive. The bubbles of tonic had blended the citrus and coffee perfect

I found this lovely corner cafe located at the top of Graham Street. I have ordered this Yuzi expresso tonic and Guatemala beans for my hand drip specialty coffee. The expresso was particularly impressive. The bubbles of tonic had blended the citrus and coffee perfectly which just satisfied my coffee soul. The hand drip coffee, on the other hand, had introduced me to the fine arts of coffee. From the origin of coffee bean to the layers of aroma; from the steps of making the coffee to the method of consuming the coffee, everything was covered by the knowledgable barista. I think coffee is not just to relieve mental or physical fatigue, it's definitely an attitude.
To complete my gourmet journey, I ordered the purple waffle with tufo ice cream. The impact of ice and heat has complimented the flavours of tufo and sweet potato.
It’s a lesson of coffee and a place for your to find zen in this beating heart of Central, Hong Kong.
