青藏牛肉麵 (已結業)

There are only very few restaurant in HK which provides 刀削麵. The 刀削麵 in 青藏牛肉麵 is of high quality and is highly recommende. For the 拉麵, it doesn't look good. It looks like Japanese 拉麵 rather than Chinese 拉麵. 青藏牛肉麵 need improvement in the following aspect:1. the meat doesn't taste good2. the 鹽燒肉串 is a bit weird, tastes like the cheap cheap 串燒 in Japanese buffetthe service is good and the manager is nice青藏牛肉麵 is satisfactory
