Sourdough is the new cafe managed by pastry chef Gérard Dubois. I have been using their chewy sourdough for breakfast, so good! They offer a variety of pastries as you can see in my video. My fav was the apple turnover, painau cocolat, mango feulletine basket, and vegetable quiche the most. Especially the painau cocolat, light but also rich. Sour Dough係由 Gérard Dubois開設,我一直都係用佢地既酸種麵包做早餐,遲啲可以再講下佢地既酸種麵包。今次就講下佢地D酥皮咸/甜點先,眼見有好多選擇,記得叫朋友搵定位簡完食物再俾錢啦~我都幾鐘意蘋果千層酥、芒果黃梅千層盒同埋酸種芝士雜菜蛋餅,千層做得好好,咬落去好酥化。其中朱古力卷係我最愛,
