一間收藏咗好耐嘅Cafe /麵包舖起灣仔同金鐘地鐵站之間,灣仔A3出口出,大概行8分鐘店舖門面湖水綠色💚非常易認窗廚展示晒麵包、鬆餅、三文治、沙律、牛角酥、西餅等,非常吸睛🥐堂食要攞咗位先出去order同俾錢星期六晏晝嚟完全坐滿,咁啱我同朋友兩個唔使等位▶️ 西西里燉菜配豆腐三文治Vegan caponata and tofu ($60)素食之選🌱入面有紅黃椒、火箭菜、硬豆腐紅黃椒醃過味同燉過,口感唔生,同燒茄子差唔多,咬落多汁juicy🫑帶甜味硬豆腐薄薄一片,唔會出水,口感得意,第一次食夾豆腐嘅三文治🥪醬料係天然蕃茄汁配香草,又fresh又似健康版pizza🍕好有意式風味烘過嘅酸種三文治麵包咬落超香脆😍凍咗都仲保持住質感▶️ 牛油果雞肉三文治 Avocado and chicken ($60)除咗牛油果蓉同雞肉,仲有蛋沙律同沙律菜牛油果蓉厚厚一層,壓到半蓉,味道香濃🥑口感creamy軟熟,牛油果控必試!雞肉薄薄地似火腿嗰種,份量慷慨,成3-4塊,帶少少鹹味,同牛油果好夾蛋沙律蛋白切到好細粒,味道普通,嫌佢蛋黃醬太多,食得污糟啲🙈三文治麵包同上面一樣好食 整體呢個會比較濃味同重牛油,同時較豐富 (一路食一路跌晒啲餡料出嚟)-超鍾意佢哋啲三文治😋係暫時食過最好食嘅三文治之一👅宜家諗起都想食以上兩款都正,雖然只係翻熱唔係即叫即製,但都新鮮 (見廚房有一路整緊新pastry)其他產品都好似好好食,令人目不暇給本身環境幾舒服,不過多人就坐得迫啲留意到呢度比較多外籍食客同遊客服務唔錯,落完單會將食物送上枱,翻熱上碟好快手,仲會自動幫你切半,方便食用同分享☺️性價比高,三文治比想像中大份飽肚,都只不過$60,平過起其他cafe食 (呢個質素同份量可能要$100)超級推介麵包同酥餅控去試❤️回頭率勁高! 繼續閱讀

平時走過這家酸種麵包店,已不只一次駐足觀賞裡面琳琅滿目的麵包、甜撻、酥餅以及甜點,吸睛程度相當高!然而因為店內常常都爆滿座的,所以在一天一個不太飽的午餐之後,買了件慕絲淺嚐。小人本來一心要一件類似果仁開心果的酥餅,不過當走去付款的時候,就被那些美崙美奐的甜品吸引了心意,決定捨棄酥餅,改一件開心果朱古力慕絲。慕絲的面層是開心果糖皮,綴以朱古力碎,裡面就是朱古力慕絲和忌廉,更有一些莓果乾。咬下柔軟的慕絲,滑溜無比,好像吃著較暖的雪糕,而且亦不會太甜,超級治癒!有時候改變主意亦不失為一件好事呢~ 繼續閱讀

之前都有係到食過早餐佢既早餐同麵包製作都真係好正同埋啲咖啡都唔錯今日阿仔話好想食甜品我收工又咁岩可以路經啲到好啦,為左一嘗心願,就去買回家試下!最後在花多眼亂既情緒下揀左啲大大盒外賣回家一齊食😆🔆士多啤梨撻、藍莓撻、士多啤梨忌廉麵包、朱古力蛋捲全部樣都好精美,一打開阿仔都嘩左一聲!所有撻既餅底都好鬆脆,吉士醬配合生果襯到啲生果好美味!朱古力蛋捲鬆脆,可口朱古力味濃郁!性價比高!值得下次再回購! 繼續閱讀
