以長身自家製意大利麵包包住雞胸肉,煙肉同少少蔬菜及配上濃郁既BBQ醬.麵包香軟外脆內軟而濕潤,帶出一陣陣酸種麥香.內餡味香而且帶一陣陣煙燻肉既鹹香再配搭清爽沙律菜剛好平衡返肉既鹹膩感.

Nordic smoked salmon
加上少少cream後既煙三文魚質感更香滑,味道帶一陣入口無咁鹹膩.質感香軟既煙三文魚再配上爽脆既沙律菜令口感更豐富.Signature sourdough同樣香脆比起Hickory sandwich口感更香脆.
