Was here a few years back and kept wanting to return cos food was delish. Finally came back for a simple dinner. Here’s what we had:Suckling pig (standard portion). Consensus was that skin was not crispy.Braised beef rib with sarcodon aspratus mushrooms, served with the bone. MushroomFan loved the tasty wild mushroom flavor. I found the beef very tender. However someone who took the beef at the end found the texture a bit too hard.Braised chicken with 花雕 wine in casserole. Chicken was not tender

Fried rice with shrimps, lobster and scallop. Supposedly with diced abalone too but there weren’t any in my bowl.

Dessert: 紅棗糕 steamed red date pudding. Good.

Chilled aloe guava pudding- bright red color. As expected, not very sweet; tasted a bit bland.
蛋白栗子露Chestnut cream with egg white. Very interesting reddish brown color. Anything but “creamy” looking. Tasted even more interesting- salty. Hailed server to enquire what new fusion invention it was. Server had no idea but offered to swap it with sesame roll.

In summary: excellent service but most dishes had something lacking. No need to return.
