Savory Souffle Pancake

After the EVA movie at Langham and coming to Moko for a Conan display, I decided to try the souffle pancake here as I love souffle pancakes.There is a savory option for the souffle pancake(their all day breakfast) and I decided to give it a try as well as their milkshake. The wait was about 15 minutes before I had a table.Service was efficient and when I ordered the All Day Breakfast, they explained it will take some time to prepare for the souffle pancake.Their souffle pancake did not disappoin

 Their souffle pancake did not disappoint. The ricotta cheese in the souffle pancake made it a great combo with the savory items of the dish. However, despite the outstanding pancake, they went overboard with the salt and the sausage definitely ruined this dish. I would have rated this dish 5 stars if it weren't for the salty sausage.

 Their Baileys milkshake was a tad too sweet but acceptable (not as sweet as the breakfast Percy Pig pancake in my other review that I had as breakfast). It definitely made it easier to finish the sausage. The souffle pancake is enough to convince me to come back but I hope their dessert pancakes won't go overboard with the sugar.
題外話/補充資料： Hope they use less sugar and MUCH less salt
