Scirocco (已結業)

Nice balcony...that's about it! Brunch is very ordinary, no surprise...we ordered speanish omlette and eggs florentine or benedict (i think), food was just ok. Service was ok, like everyone's comment, not too great, not much better then the cafe downstairs. I went with a westerner, the waitress are nicer to him, I guess because they usually tip them better. But, at least the cappaccino is quite good.
