Satisfying Teppanyaki

This was our several visits to Wa San Mai and we had chosen it for our anniversary celebration tonight. We were not disappointed, as usual. The quality of the food was superb and the ambience was good, though not the most romantic restaurant to dine. Nevertheless, it was comfortable. Worth a special mention was our Teppanyaki Chef for tonight, Mr Cheung Chi Fai. Obviously his cooking was faultless, especially with his sake cooked clamps, it was just the perfert mix of alcohol with it not coverin

This was our several visits to Wa San Mai and we had chosen it for our anniversary celebration tonight. We were not disappointed, as usual. The quality of the food was superb and the ambience was good, though not the most romantic restaurant to dine. Nevertheless, it was comfortable. Worth a special mention was our Teppanyaki Chef for tonight, Mr Cheung Chi Fai. Obviously his cooking was faultless, especially with his sake cooked clamps, it was just the perfert mix of alcohol with it not covering the freshness of the clamps. He was attentive throughout our dining, for example noticing that I was rather full half way through the meal and suggested a break, so that we could "recover" our appetite before the next few courses. We will definitely ask for his service the next time we visit Wa San Mai.
