The taste of roast goose has gone downhill recently. No better than anything you buy in the market and yet they charged a lot for their famous name. I was given two third of the roast goose in bones, fat and skin that most restaurant will discard. Definitely not worth the money they charged. When I complained about the quality of the goose to them , I was told I should ask for the meaty part of the goose and got exchanged. So do complain and do nothe let them get away from giving you rubbish
