Lunch time here is always fully packed and we waited for around 15min to get a seat. .🥂Beef Tendon Ramen $98First sip of soup was rich and thick but felt a bit thirsty after finishing the bowl. Pieces of small beef tendons were found and they were very soft. The cha siu was very tender and soaked up the saltiness. I picked the firm type of noodles and it was my favourite al dente type. Overall it was a good bowl but not mind blowing. Might come again for other flavours when there is not a long queue.
