La Vache is one of my wish list. The red light logo draw my eyes and heart to get there! It likes Moulin Rouge in Paris, France. No menu for food or I should say only ONE menu for steak set, including bread, salad and steak with fries. Drinking menu are cocktail, house wine and bottle wine. I order La Vache house red wine to pair wtih steak but the quality is not as good as expected. It likes not open the taste yet, still breathe required. Salad is normal with fresh veggie and salad saurce. Steak placed on the silver pan. The idea is supposingly great but the result is not enough to keep the thick steak warm enough with a little candle under the pan. I suggest you can finish it as soon as possible you can. The fries is the most I love. hehe....
Dessert is mango mosse cake. It is the best on in the whole dinner. If your tummy still have space, order one and try it.
Hm....HKD2xx menu set is totally fair price in Central. You go for it if you are meat-lover.
Oh, I almost forgot to appreciate for their service. The waiter accidentially threw away the leftover , which is going to pack home. It is totally understood that many people served us. Originally, we thought it's okay and overcooked it if reheat. The manager knew it and immediately to cook a brandnew one for us and say "sorry" to us many times. It's unexpectedly good service in Hong Kong!!!!
