Saw Kin Hing Tofu on Openrice before heading to Lamma so when I chanced to walk by it (I didn't think I would considering the address said "back street"), I wanted to give it a go - plus it's only $7, right?I've tried a few daufu-fa here in Hong Kong and in Singapore, and I have to say - this one was pretty darn good. I'm not a connoisseur of daufu-fa at all, but the consistency was smooth and the syrup sweet, but not overkill. Let's just say it was still appetizing even when I added some of the sugar from the boxes on the table into my bowl. It makes a nice pit stop on your way to Sok Kwu Wan - freshen up with some cold (which is what I had) daufu-fa. Next time I pass through, I'll try the hot one
Oh, and "back street" just means walk as if you're walking towards Sok Kwu Wan and the beaches. You'll find it
