Really a 'raw' Sushi

I had my lunch sushi set with my friend. We ordered two 8 pcs supreme sushi sets, the rice was 'RAW' which the rice could barely stick together. I told the waitress and later the Japanese chef came and tried for himself....he admitted but didn't say a word pr apologise for his food. Sorry, I don't think this food quality deserves $400 per head at IFC.
