Arrived there around 3pm on Sunday thus no queue. Soon be seated and ordered their signature Ramen with chashu and egg, requested hard noodles with less oil and scallion. The soup is in golden brown colour, oil ratio is as expected. Since I hate very soft noodles thus I prefer noodles a bit chewy texture, but this noodles is really hard in texture, next time should request medium. Soup is wonderfully delicious, rich is soy sauce flavour, only a bit salty, but I love the taste. The soft-boiled eg

The soup is in golden brown colour, oil ratio is as expected. Since I hate very soft noodles thus I prefer noodles a bit chewy texture, but this noodles is really hard in texture, next time should request medium. Soup is wonderfully delicious, rich is soy sauce flavour, only a bit salty, but I love the taste. The soft-boiled egg is perfectly cooked in semi-flowing condition, only the inner is a bit cold.
However, I'm quite upset by the chashu , it looks great with a crispy burnt surface, but the chasiu texture is quite hard and dry, like a over-grilled steak, i even couldn't finish the chasiu.
My friend ordered Ramen in Chicken Soup, he likes the soup base as its is lighter in flavour. Though he ordered regular oil but the soup didn't look or taste oily. There are two pieces of chicken "ham", it is tender yet very juicy, I personally love the chicken then the chashu.
We would definitely come back again!
