My favourite savoury pastry that day goes to “Sour Dough Quiche - Salmon” , a very buttery pastry holding a perfectly cooked egg, you never want your quiche be dry & with pores, this one was spot on. The other main was “Pastrami Sauerkraut Sourdough Sandwich”, the bread was perfect in terms of texture, not too hard, and with a nice aroma. The filling was nicely balanced too, melted cheese with beef pastrami & pickled veg. To freshen up from carbs, I also ordered 200g of salad - “Sweet & Spicy Co

To freshen up from carbs, I also ordered 200g of salad - “Sweet & Spicy Couscous + Beetroot & Pumpkin Salad”, former was exotic and latter was refreshing.
For desserts, “Raspberry Rhubarb Kouign Amann” was tasty, just a bit too much custard & raspberry jam, overpowering the buttery flavour from the Kouign Amann.
However, the “Millefeuille Vanilla Tart w Bitter Orange” was divine, the crust was so buttery and crispy, the egg filling was excellent in terms of texture & sweetness. Yum!
The “Earl Grey Canele” was a creative idea, flavour was like an Earl Grey Milk Tea, and the filling was a bit soggy, the crust was decent though.
