Pricey for OK Experience

We came to try out this new restaurant. We ordered 1 starter and 1 main dish but the main wasn't available. We ended up ordering seafood pancake and beef patty rice cakes. We waited 30 minutes for our the pancakes to arrive and that was after asking them to follow up. We had to chase up our the beef patty and that arrived another 30 minutes later. We came to try out this new restaurant. We ordered 1 starter and 1 main dish but the main wasn't available. We ended up ordering seafood pancake and beef patty rice cakes. We waited 30 minutes for our the pancakes to arrive and that was after asking them to follow up. We had to chase up our the beef patty and that arrived another 30 minutes later. The food was quite greasy, the pancakes were small but the beef patty was tasty.  The restaurant interior is quite contemporary and looks good. The service wasn't great though, no apologies on the long wait for food, no attention to our food not arriving and no re-fill on our water. The waiting staff standard did not match the restaurant or price. The table next to us were chasing food as well. Tables that arrived later than us were getting food earlier. Another table ordered 4 beers and they arrived with 4 different foam heights with 1 beer having 2 inches of foam. When the bill came we found out we were charged HKD10 each for tap water and hot water. We don't mind paying, just a little heads up would be nice. It's early days, hopefully they'll have consistent standard and improved quality of service. We might give them another try.
