They made us feel this is a restaurant not welcoming the guests.Ever since I booked the dinner, I have received 1 email immediately and 1 phone call on that day , to remind me that we can only eat 1.5 hours at the restaurant.When I arrived at the reception that night, they reminded me again that we can only eat 1.5 hours.To remind us “three” times is too much, As if you don’t want us to eat there. I don’t think this is the way a good restaurant should treat people.Plus, that night, as we observe
Ever since I booked the dinner, I have received 1 email immediately and 1 phone call on that day , to remind me that we can only eat 1.5 hours at the restaurant.
When I arrived at the reception that night, they reminded me again that we can only eat 1.5 hours.
To remind us “three” times is too much, As if you don’t want us to eat there. I don’t think this is the way a good restaurant should treat people.
Plus, that night, as we observed , there were still plenty of empty seats, during our section and next section, they do not need to rush the guests.
The worst part: we actually tried to accommodate the 1.5 hours rule by ready to pay the bill 15 minutes before the end time, but the staff did not even come to pick up our bills and credit card until we keep calling them to come. They kept rushing us to start with, but they are the ones who delayed.
It is not a good service, I will not come next time, since they rushed us so hard as if they don’t want us to eat there.
