HK restaurant week4月5就最後一日啦,唔知大家試左未呢😉今次小金就去左灣仔嘅Pirata;位於30樓嘅Pirata,引入左好多自然光線,裝修好有歐陸風味😌Restaurant week lunch menu只係$198,包cold station任食,肉丸,主菜,甜品,仲唔收加一添🥰Antipasti😋一共有8款比你任嗌,原本係自己攞嘅,不過由於疫情關係,而家變左比個前菜menu你任嗌,好貼心呀🥰-cold cuts & cheese 🧀 :係好耐無食過嘅ham同芝士,正🤩-Vitello tonnato(吞拿魚醬小牛肉)🐟:好特別,每塊牛肉片都舖滿左濃濃嘅吞拿魚醬,必試!-vegetables of the day: caramelised onion🧅:小金一向係洋蔥嘅fans,今日呢個洋蔥顏色上就夠曬caramelised啦,但就欠缺左少少口感🥺My Mama’s Meatballs🐷食落好juicy,味道超濃郁,口感好鬆化亦唔油膩👍🏻The Butchers’ Cut (+$28pp)🥩牛味都幾濃郁,所以唔點任何醬汁都已經好夠味,咬落仲有少少juicy嘅感覺,

牛味都幾濃郁,所以唔點任何醬汁都已經好夠味,咬落仲有少少juicy嘅感覺,肉質好嫩口
Tagliatelle with Black Truffle🍝
雖然望落有少少密集恐懼同有啲似鉛筆刨碎🤣但真心超香黑松露味,味道調較得岩岩好,個意粉仲好有口感添!
Tiramisu☕️
咖啡味香得來味道唔會苦,蛋糕底好香濃,加上mascarprone cheese又soft又creamy嘅感覺😌(應該兩份甜品都要tiramisu先岩🥺)
Panna Cotta🍮
呢個就奶凍同樹莓醬就略為過甜,但口感超滑亦唔漏
