Before heading back home, I decided to have a quick dinner first. As the weather is cold, I am thinking of having something hot. I chanced upon Pho Bar, a Vietnamese restaurant located at Li Yuen Street West, Central. House special chicken wings - It was marinated till very creamy and juicy, and was fried till soft and smooth.
Medium rare US selected beef - The chef was generous with the portion of the beef. Pho was very smooth and chewy and the beef was tender and juicy as well. The soup was flavourful as it absorbed the essence of the ingredients.
