Felix is definitely one of the best place to celebrate your birthday, enjoying our dinner with the mesmerizing view of Victoria Harbour. Having caviar on top of a scallop was a good way to begin the night. Botan Shrimp tartar alongside with a creamy crab mousse was so refreshing.Then a sea trout is well smoked and covered lentils is so appealing to our noses and mouths with its smell and taste.Not a fan of duck liver but the way they serve it with green apple sauce did change my thoughts on duck

Not a fan of duck liver but the way they serve it with green apple sauce did change my thoughts on duck liver. And it comes with a green apple sorbet for your to wipe out the greasy feeling inside your mouth.
The fifth course is great but not impressive as those before it, but you can still feel the juicy texture inside the beef.
Lastly. the "Felix Wall" as the desert is one of the best way to conclude the night.
All of us did enjoyed the night with the decent food and the harbour view, I would very much love to recommend this place if you are looking for a place to celebrate very special.
