I was walking inside City Super's TimeSquare doing Christmas shopping when I spotted this beautiful confectionery stall. It was my first time seeing the brand around my area so I thought why not give it a try. The display case looks lovely and they had a variety of sweets to choose from. I ordered a pistachio macaron and I have to flat out say that I did not enjoy it. Upon biting it, it didn't have that crunch sound that macarons usually give off. The inside of it tasted strongly of almond, no p
dense too.The exterior had a crispy eggshell top but just holding the entire piece, it didn't feel firm or that it had much density as what I had expected. It could possibly be because I came near closing time and I got the shortest stick. Was overall disappointed especially that this is a well-known brand.
