Came here maybe three weeks ago. There’s actually a couple Chiu chow speciality restaurants in the area, with the most famous one probably being the one in Lippo center over near admiralty. This place is very fancy, and has a layout more like a western restaurant than a Chinese one.Anyway, we ordered a bunch of different stuff, including some brined duck, some vegetable, some pork, as well as dessert. Anyway, we ordered a bunch of different stuff, including some brined duck, some vegetable, some pork, as well as dessert. We were going to get the chiu chow classic sweet and sour noodle, but were way too full. We tried to order red bean pancakes, but they were sold out, so I wound up getting 水晶包, not sure of the translation.
Overall, it’s fine. Nothing impressed me dramatically. It’s a lot of money for basic food, which I thought it was, so overall it was just okay.
