Finally a first-time Steakfrites ($288) night (green salad & breads) at La Vache!The rib eye came with perfect medium rare pink but a bit tasteless. I also ordered the drink Le Petite Marguerite ($78) (mixed berries x soda water). Basically I only tasted soda water, and wasn't a strong flavour of berries.I also ordered the Parisian desserts - Paris Brest, they had hazelnut cream for filling, the puff was too soft and loose. The rib eye came with perfect medium rare pink but a bit tasteless. I also ordered the drink Le Petite Marguerite ($78) (mixed berries x soda water). Basically I only tasted soda water, and wasn't a strong flavour of berries.

I also ordered the Parisian desserts - Paris Brest, they had hazelnut cream for filling, the puff was too soft and loose. The plating was weird.

For creme caramelle, it was quite delicious and the cake was able to stand Still with rich texture.

Overall, a great hospitality and services! To be honest, the place was too crowded and noisy 🙄
Unfortunately, my preference would be metal steak • it serves a better quality and wider choices of steak in regards of their seasonings and juiciness of the meat!
