Looking for that authentic izakaya experience? Missing Hong Kong? Check out Uosei! The interior really reminded me of those local bars in Japan, and they serve Japanese tapas. I recommend getting their sashimi, chicken karage, beef tongue, and fried tentacles. The sashimi was really fresh, and they gave quite a generous amount. I also love how the chicken was not too covered in batter, and was fried just right. .FYI. They are currently doing a promotion from now till Jun 30th on OpenRice. Get 30
