I had a nice company here before so I recommended it to my friends for a lady’s birthday.Our reservation is at 2:30pm and we arrived on time waiting for seats for 15mins. At first the staff asked us to wait at the rooftop which is said to be cool (33 degree Celsius!) but it’s not, so we came back down🥵.We were then seated at a floor down, which is a table in the middle of someone’s party!! We couldn’t hear each other when we talked so I told the receptionist that we couldn’t stand sitting there.

The girl said the party is going to end in 15-20mins, which of course is not true👎🏻. Our birthday girl suggested changing to somewhere else. When we were leaving, they finally had a table at the quiet floor.

Meatball is a bit dry.
Overall the food is as good as it was, just the service and arrangement is weird. I saw another customers asking to change their seat to a quieter area, how come you sneeze people in someone’s party??
One more thing is, they said it’s free to bring our own cake when I booked, but on the spot they said there’s no space in the fridge and the cake is fine to be out under that air-con area! At the end we got a cake that is totally melt and lost😤! The floor manager was kind to inform me and tried his best to make the cake look less bad.
👉🏻Anyway, not quite sure what kind of celebration it is when it’s costing that much for such annoying experience. I know it’s busy at the lunch hour and the staff was trying to make customers happy, but please don’t make the customers fool. Just don’t promise when you cannot handle it. I may come again but I won’t recommend to others.
