A restaurant with a nice atmosphere and views at Tung Chung. The place is a bit of a walk from the station but the view by the seaside and the setting sun was really worth it 👍 We ordered Tagliatelle and a medium done flank steak with mushrooms as our sides. The steak was cooked perfectly with the right tenderness and not too rare. The chef recommended it to be paired with chimichurri and it added a tinge of spice to the beef. We ordered Tagliatelle and a medium done flank steak with mushrooms as our sides. The steak was cooked perfectly with the right tenderness and not too rare. The chef recommended it to be paired with chimichurri and it added a tinge of spice to the beef. My friend liked it with the sauce but I think that it was delicious enough by itself or with a little bit of salt! The mushroom was sautéed with plenty of herbs and so fragrant! The tagliatelle had a stronger egg taste than I expected but the more I mixed it with the oils and with the bacon, the more I liked it 😆
The staff was also very attentive and was the one who suggested the sauce pairings etc. A nice place for a date if you happen to be in Tung Chung 😉
