今日同老公去慶祝拍拖n週年紀念❤️呢度喺東涌喜來登酒店隔離,景觀開揚,飽覽機場海景✈️座位都非常寬敞,仲有桌球枱,俾客人打桌球!Weekend Brunch (💰248pp)🔸前菜🔸▫️Chef Salad 廚師精選沙律🥗(7/10)非常豐富,好多不同款式嘅沙律菜,不過個沙律醋就有點太酸。▫️Egg Benidicts煙肉蛋松餅(7.5/10)佢用一大片煙肉包住隻流心荷包蛋,仲有個荷蘭醬,幾creamy,個muffin包都好味。🔸主菜🔸▫️Fish & Chips 魚片配炸薯條(7/10)呢個炸魚味道幾好,外皮就炸得幾脆,但係內裡嘅魚肉就太濕啦!薯條炸得剛好軟硬適中!👍🏻▫️Stuffed Chicken Breast冠軍早餐(8/10)火腿芝士釀雞胸肉味道幾夾!炸得香脆,芝士漏出黎😋不過得一舊,感覺唔夠豐富🤭🔸甜品🔸▫️Chocolate cake 朱古力蛋糕(7.5/10)全個蛋糕有幾層,配上朱古力同士多啤梨醬,正常發揮,但個餅底唔知點解好濕。食完仲可以去東涌海濱散散步,睇下飛機升降✈️舒服開心!呢個景色,配上服務同環境,食物質素都唔差,不錯啊!評分: 7.5/10

難得約到好耐冇見嘅老朋友聚舊,加上新正頭,當然要揾個好地方,可以一邊傾吓計一邊食番個靚晚飯。呢個朋友仔家住東涌區,所今次試下呢間位於東涌的「The Upper Dech」。到達餐廳,立即被環境及氣氛吸引。除了有靚裝bar 枱;現場有Live band;仲設有桌球枱;餐廳亦有室外位置,夜間景色尤其醉人。餐廳除有多款特色前菜、沙律;更有 House Made Burger;主菜有豬、牛、羊、魚及海鮮等;亦有意粉及燴飯。其中尤其一提,餐廳不單提供多款不同牛的位置,更有 Dry Age (21-31 days) & Wet Age 選擇,然後再可自選不同 side dish & extra sauce,如果喜愛牛嘅朋友仔,真係不要錯過。《美國牛肉漢堡BLT》($188)牛肉漢堡厚實香濃富牛肉味,配上煎香了煙肉,加上炸洋蔥圈,車打芝士,再加入新鮮生菜及蕃茄,秘製醬汁。呢個house made burger 我同朋友都超鍾意,真係好好味,超有驚喜!《醬燒豬肋骨》($298/半份)份量比預期中大,配有薯條及沙律菜,沙律汁很特別,濃濃香草味,十分不錯。而配肉的自家調製醬汁味道令人頗醒胃,整體相當不錯。一間CP值超高,環境舒服及氣氛又正,除了食物味道高質,雞尾酒賣相亦都相當靚,當晚不少客人都有order 。另外一提當晚店員服務態度很殷切,令人賓至如歸。而當晚剛巧有幾枱人客生日,店員更唱了兩次生日歌,認真十分讚。

東涌靚景餐廳- The Upper Deck約左朋友仔放假去踩單車,由欣澳出發去東涌,事前我地已經bookmark 左要去《灣景薈》入面既海景餐廳。貪佢平日有位泊單車又有得食海景Chill 下🥰因為我地早左去,仲可以睇埋日落tim 呀,一路傾計一路望住個景實在太寫意,而喺餐廳最邊既位置假日會有Live Band 炒熱氣氛,諗起都興奮👍👍👍 而中間地方就好闊落,仲有張桌球枱,枱同枱之間都有d 距離,空間感十足👀生蠔半打$230即開生蠔新鮮,生蠔鮮甜滲透些少海水味,好食👍蟹肉薯餅$168比我想像中有更多蟹肉,一咬落去啖啖蟹肉絲,配上芒果酸辣沙沙醬,好惹味。烤豬肋骨伴沙律薯條(半份)$298烤豬肋骨面頭配上自家製嘅燒烤醬,好夠味,而且肉好林,用叉可以撕開,但略嫌肉質偏瘦,而薯條炸得香脆,面頭灑上橙色既味粉,增添風味,最令我驚喜係沙律,可以每條菜都裹上醬汁,好入味喎😱原本我地仲想嗌埋甜品,不過我已經好飽啦,唯有下次再試啦,驚太飽陣間踩返東涌站會頂胃,最後想提提大家假日渣車黎食飯停車場可能要等位, 所以最好book 位時先講定,預留下停車場車位既數目。
