yesterday was my gf's birthday n i took her to this new hotel for her birthday dinner. i booked the dinner buffet about 3 weeks earlier so as to get a confirmed booking n nice seating! we arrived at 630 n most seats were occupied already, we were both amazed by the popularity of this newly opened cafe.The restaurant is well-lit and spacious with a high roof. Waiters n waitresses are nice n polite, frequently asking if we needed anything. Next time we should try the outdoor seating at lunch coz t

salad and sashimi were frequently replaced with fresh one. salmon seemed to be quite popular among the dinners.
The hot dishes were nice, especially the grilled beef, super juicy with smell of charcoal. i must say that beef and grilling are perfect match! this item is sth you mustn't miss@cafe hyatt.
the bbq pork was fabulous as well. it was a bit wired to have bbq pork with fried rice on your birthday night though, haha
we shared some pasta, kinda common yet tasty
pizzas are were suprisingly authentic with lots of ingredients. the parma ham pizza was covered with large pieces of parma hams n a sense of satisfaction arose right after your first bite(no joking). my gf loves the other one(i forget the name) covered by rich cheese n tomatos. but still the parma ham one was more special n VALUE FOR MONEY, haha
then we came to the dessert part, the first dessert we chose was the hargen daz ice-cream with self selection of toppings, the waffles accompanying the ice-cream was also crispy, even better than the XTC one. my gf loves the bread pudding v much coz it wasn't too sweet n hot. We tried the lemon meringue, tiramisu, chocolate cake, black forest cake as well, all were quite nice.
all in all, it was a nice dinning experience. im glad that my gf was happy about the dinner i arranged for her. we shall try the buffet lunch nex time.
