The nice thing about eating in this American-style Italian restaurant is the pleasant atmosphere. It's busy, noisy and carefree. You feel relaxed having a meal here. Services are reasonably good. Wines are fairly priced. But then again, whilst this restaurant can provide you with some fantastic pizzas and great clam, they don't exactly give you good pastas or meat that are to be expected in a restaurant like this one. But then again, whilst this restaurant can provide you with some fantastic pizzas and great clam, they don't exactly give you good pastas or meat that are to be expected in a restaurant like this one. I have been visiting here quite frequently over the past year or so due to the convenience of meeting some business friends in the area. Lately, I have discovered that their preparation of pastas have been rather dull.
Price of all foods here are gone up a bit, understandably because of inflation. For this reason alone, they should also raise their standard in general.
Having said all that, Grappa's in Pacific Place is still a nice place to have a chat with friends over a meal in a carefree mood. Only if they can give me some better pastas!
