Small shop with great value and tasty tripe sandwich - don't forget to add the chili oil - gives it a nice sharp kick! Went back a second day to try the pasta trippa e fagioli - al dante with well seasoned tomato sauce / tripe that just hits the spot! It does allow for either spaghetti or fusilli and a very generous serving of parmesan on top. I do wish the bread was more on a ciabatta or sourdough texture rather than a rustic burger bun which was on the soft and airy side. Considering the soft tripe and pesto-type sauce would pair better with a less airy bread.
The serving is small - but great if you're after a small bite - suggest adding a side dish to make it more filling.
