TamJai Yunnan Mixian has newly opened at Lohas mall and I got attracted by the new renovated design of the restaurant so I decided to have dinner there with my friend. We each ordered a bowl of rice noodle with one topping ( I chose bamboo fungus) and had three sides including Hunan chicken wings, Bean curd in sauce (not spicy) and boiled pork with mashed garlic to share. I was honestly quite impressed with the portion of the rice noodle, my friend ordered fish tofu and there were at least 7 pieces so they were quite generous with the toppings. Beside the rice noodle, the sides were very tasty and went really well with the noodle. We finished all the food and left with a full stomach and only paid $75 per person. I would recommend this TamJai place at Lohas Mall because the environment was neat and spacious and the food was great.
