This wagyu and sea urchin rice bowl is absolutely delicious! Normally, I find wagyu very oily and a bit too much for my stomach to handle, but this one was great. Paired with the sea urchin, it was a match made in heaven. It truly makes me long for a time we can finally start travelling again!
Another set that we ordered was the Deluxe Sashimi set ($298). It included a variety of fresh seafood, like medium fatty toro, scallops, shrimp, sea urchin etc. My favourite was definitely the medium fatty toro!
