out of the three mains available that day, the “floating cloud oyakodon” ($118) was my favourite - homemade stir-fried salted koji chicken on a bed of bonito sauce fried rice, topped with a fluffy soufflé egg cloud and - the best part - a runny yolk in the middle, because there’s nothing more simple-yet-satisfying than runny egg yolk + rice 🍚🧡吾子主食編來了! 三個餐味道都頗為清淡,很有日式家庭料理的感覺。重口味的我覺得「月見浮雲親子丼」 ($118) 最合我口味 //3// 親子丼是月見浮雲焗流心蛋+自家製鹽麹醃香煎雞柳+鰹魚汁炒飯!濃郁的蛋黃拌濕潤的鰹魚汁炒飯吃,十分滿足 ᵕ·̮ᵕ 香煎雞柳外焦裏嫩,也很有肉質,飯裏還混合了少量黑藜麥,感覺更健

吾子主食編來了! 三個餐味道都頗為清淡,很有日式家庭料理的感覺。重口味的我覺得「月見浮雲親子丼」 ($118) 最合我口味 //3// 親子丼是月見浮雲焗流心蛋+自家製鹽麹醃香煎雞柳+鰹魚汁炒飯!濃郁的蛋黃拌濕潤的鰹魚汁炒飯吃,十分滿足 ᵕ·̮ᵕ 香煎雞柳外焦裏嫩,也很有肉質,飯裏還混合了少量黑藜麥,感覺更健康~
