The lamb rack was nicely browned outside and not at all gamey, the red wine sauce was full of flavour and complemented the lamb very well. On the side came with mashed potato and green beans which provided some freshness to the dish.

The succulent Beef Ribeye was served with the rich truffle gravy, it has such a delicate flavour paired with the steak. The steak itself featured a scrumptious crust on the outside and tender on the inside. It was served with spagahetti and green beans as the side.
