Springy noodles, delicious broth, melt in the mouth pork & chilled suntory makes for a perfect lunch. Food quality is worth the trip. However, the “Michelin” experience was less than ideal when we arrived at 1135am only to be told quite rudely as first customers that they’re not yet ready (search online and their opening time is 1130am). Another 10mins walk around the area, still not open. Only upon re-arriving for the third time at 12noon was the restaurant open. Maybe that explains the typical
