I was brought here by a friend as she is a regular to this place. This is one of many Korean BBQ places that have opened in Hong Kong and this one is quite a famous chain. We ordered mainly pork and beef with a small selection of chicken and intestines (my first try). The portions are small, but great if you don't have a big group and want to try more dishes. The meat quality was OK, not that great compared to other restaurant standards in Hong Kong. The flavour mainly comes from the salted oil

We ordered mainly pork and beef with a small selection of chicken and intestines (my first try). The portions are small, but great if you don't have a big group and want to try more dishes.
The meat quality was OK, not that great compared to other restaurant standards in Hong Kong. The flavour mainly comes from the salted oil and sauce which you put on after the meat is fried. I have high standards for my meat, I do look for the 'meat taste' and this place doesn't provide that. Overall, it is still a good BBQ experience.
