Matcha Roll Cake & Soy Milk Mocha

There are so many items on the menu that I want to try! For instance, the black sesame chiffon cake, the appealing fig scone in the food display, etc. I finally made up my mind to try out this Matcha Roll Cake first. The cake was so spongy and fluffy! And the cream had a nice and heavy matcha flavour, yet not too greasy, which topped up the whole roll cake. The hint of rose from the edible petals gave you an extra freshness sensation.

The Soy Milk Mocha was also very good. The Mocha had a strong chocolate flavour, which kinda masked the soy flavour which would otherwise be quite strong in ordinary coffee.

Already planning for my next visit to try out other cakes. Hopefully before JOMO becomes too famous and full…
