髀魔 is a famous food stall in Sai Kung that sells gigantic delicious chicken leg. I am so glad that there is a second branch recently opened in Prince Edward, so that I don't have to go all the way to Sai Kung to try it out.  The chicken leg was freshly made upon ordering, so it took a bit of time to wait for my order. The order came in a nice take away box, and a small red pack that contains wipe, tissue, toothpick and plastic gloves. How considerate is that!

 The deep fried chicken leg was covered with yummy salted egg yolk. It was fresh hot yet very enjoyable to eat with my hands. Glad that there were gloves for messy eater like me  to save me from washing hands. I love the crispy skin and the tender meat underneath. For sure, the salted egg yolk topped up the flavor of everything.

 The cashier sold me the deal of adding HK$15 for a drink, I was too busy deciding which one to get and forgot to opt for no syrup, so this Oolong tea with rose cheese cap was quite sugary to me as I always opt for no sugar for my drinks. Yet, the rose cheese cap was so smooth with a rich rose flavor. I guess I would enjoy it more if I remember to ask for no syrup...

I was so stuffed after eating the whole massive chicken leg. I guess it is actually enough to share between two to three people.
