This is the newest MANA!. I’m so glad it opened on Star Street, which is near where I work. There are few places like MANA! I think, their philosophy of food is quite unique. It has been quite busy since its launch but the shop is big so you can normally find a seat anyway.All the food here is vegan except for a few vegetarian choices (halloumi cheese, egg, etc.) My favourite thing to get here is their signature flat. All the food here is vegan except for a few vegetarian choices (halloumi cheese, egg, etc.) My favourite thing to get here is their signature flat. They have a sign asking you not to call it a “wrap” but to call a “flat” instead as it is made of wholemeal flat bread. You can put four toppings in your flat for $50 total. There are many toppings to choose from. I normally choose a selection of avocado, halloumi cheese, egg, spinach, grilled vegetables, grilled tofu, etc.
You can then make it a combo by adding $40 for a soup or for rainbow yams. I love the rainbow yams (both orange and purple). I usually get those with the garlicnaise. The food is quite filling but you feel like it was a healthy meal!
