📍花盃Hana Sakazuki Japanese Restaurant is another great teppanyaki place in Causeway Bay. Was very impressed with their sashimi appetizer. The fatty tuna literally melted in my mouth 👅The abalone, scallop and lobster were great with the perfect cook. Downing the scallop soup was probably one of the best move of the meal. Their beef are superb with both薄燒 and 厚燒styles. Love their fried garlic as they are all freshly made. No comparison to those premade fried garlics in terms of texture and taste.Se
