Refined food, but unrefined service. Three Michelin Star food, yet truly amateur and untrained waitstaff. Took three weeks to get a reservation! Service here will easily prevent this branch from ever acheiving the same status at the parent restaurant. From slips of cleaning my dining area, to forgetfulness to be bilingual unless reminded - the front of house staff must undergo more training. From slips of cleaning my dining area, to forgetfulness to be bilingual unless reminded - the front of house staff must undergo more training. I watched a piece of fallen Vegetable dine with me for three courses. When confronted, they said they didn't want to disturb me.
Food was fantastic though, and it still plays on my mind hours later.
Would I go back? Maybe when the staff is more proficient. Food is fantastic though and definately more "fun" than just Sushi.
