As OT frequently, friend sent me a coupon which forsee I can use it after 9:30pm;its the first try here when this well-known sushi-restaurant opened since few years ago, sunflowerting read the menu carefully in order to order certain light foods as much as she can ~ sea-uni & mebachi gunkan ($39) = seems like a nightmare when meat of tuna & the texture of sea-
As OT frequently, friend sent me a coupon which forsee I can use it after 9:30pm;its the first try here when this well-known sushi-restaurant opened since few years ago, sunflowerting read the menu carefully in order to order certain light foods as much as she can ~
sea-uni & mebachi gunkan ($39) = seems like a nightmare when meat of tuna & the texture of sea-uni both below normal standard, as other blogger say, seaweed is all wet & it really disappointed the one who expect it's should be crispy in any condition.
roast beef with asparagus ($39) = bad quality beef cover with black-pepper taste, half of the asparagus are too old, it treat in normal bbq process, also cover with cheese fragrance at first, but it's too oily & overcooked when it's stay on the hot-plate about 2 mins only! green-apple sour-yogurt soft-drink ($29)= not expect it's simular to a soft drink rather than a milk-shake style; mint colour become bubble after stirring process;
sashimi platter ($148) = fatty salmon, red shrimp, sword-fish are good in texture but the scallop are too small ; while fatty yellowtail, sea urchin & cuttle-fish, sea bream are in poor quality, dry, smell not good & it should never happen in that dish which cost too much !
over 15 customers wait outside around 10pm
sunflowerting wait for the foods around 20 mins, then left the restaurant after another 20mins & probably dare not to return though the service really good !(bill : $304 - $100 coupon)
題外話/補充資料：
~bar-table seat are too small especially in between 2 guys!
~poor air circulation though the light are not that hot !
