Large tuna toro setSteam egg: very smooth, egg taste is strong hv crab meat, pork and mushroom inside, there is a layer of juice on the top with is a bit salty in taste, dunno what is that, anyway taste is quite good but just in small portion….Cucumber: it’s crispy and fresh, sour in taste which can open up my willingness to eat, a good starting food!Miso soup: hot enough and there is some bean curd and mushroom, seaweed inside, not as salty as other restaurant. Steam egg: very smooth, egg taste is strong hv crab meat, pork and mushroom inside, there is a layer of juice on the top with is a bit salty in taste, dunno what is that, anyway taste is quite good but just in small portion….
Cucumber: it’s crispy and fresh, sour in taste which can open up my willingness to eat, a good starting food!
Miso soup: hot enough and there is some bean curd and mushroom, seaweed inside, not as salty as other restaurant.
Toro rice: rice is sticky and it’s really a Japanese rice, for large toro, I think it’s just like some fatty salmond, not as good as I expected, they gave me 4 pieces of that, another 4 pieces is middle toro I think, the tuna taste is very strong and I think it’s even better than large toro.
Overall, they are fresh and waiter always refill tea for us.
